2. Eligibility & Account Registration

5. Prohibited Items & Services

To maintain a safe and lawful marketplace, the following cannot be advertised on the Website:

• Paid Services: Optional features (e.g. Featured Listings) are priced clearly at point of purchase.
• Peer-to-Peer Transactions: We advocate buyers and sellers use PayPal, thereby benefiting from PayPal’s Buyer and Seller Protection.
• Site Fees: Any fees paid to YourFreeClassifiedAds.com (e.g. for premium services, banner placements or business advertising) are processed securely via Stripe, in compliance with the Payment Services Regulations 2017.
• Refund Policy:
• Refunds are at our sole discretion and only granted if a paid listing fails to go live due to system error, or is removed by you within 24 hours of publication.
• No refunds for duplicate listings, change of mind, or content violations.
• To request a refund, email support@yourfreeclassifiedads.co.uk with proof of payment within 7 days of the listing date.
  
  

12. Website Availability

We strive for continuous availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance or technical faults may result in downtime. We disclaim liability for any loss or damage arising from temporary unavailability.
